We visited on a Sunday afternoon, and the place was full of people, so it's obiously a popular place. We had the Sheesh Tikka Roll with Assam Tea, as described below.

We had Sheesh Tikka Roll with  meat, onions, pomegranate, tamarind, coriander and tikka chutney wrapped in a flaky paratha.

It was tasteful and worth the price.

Assam Tea

Chaiwala Cafe Oslo servces authentic Indian Assam tea, which is a type of black tea that comes from the Assam region in northeastern India. The warm, humid climate and heavy rainfall in the Assam Valley contribute to its distinct taste.  The tea is known for its bold, malty flavor, deep amber color, and strong, brisk character. Recommended on cold Oslo winter days.
